By coaching individuals and teams, we help employees to identify their purpose and role within a business and their contribution to its success. Employees who feel that they have a purpose within a business and feel that they are achieving self-fulfilment through their work are more effective at helping a business achieve its goals.
HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?
Through the use of developmental tools, we can assess our clients’ business organisation and team structures, identifying potential skills gaps and helping individuals and teams to navigate their purpose and role within the business.
In consultation with the client, Lynda analyses and flags areas in need of development, providing SETA accredited and non-SETA accredited skills development training customised to meet our clients’ needs. Lynda’s training and learnership programmes for employees, interns and persons with disabilities also assist our clients to attain and maintain their BEE scores.
Lynda’s training and development programmes are run in partnership with Le Mark, a level 1 B-BBEE training and development company and Lusa Community Chest, a level 1 B-BBEE non-profit organisation. Lynda’s team of coaches are formally qualified and registered with coaches and mentors of South Africa (COMENSA) and mBraining.
